- Use the Layers, Channels, and Paths tool to select the
green channel.
- Use the "Fuzzy" selection tool to select the red areas
- Hold down the shift key to select the other eye at the same
time
- Use the "Grow Selection" tool to increase the size of your
selection by 1 pixel
- Desaturate the red color - either just the red or all the
colors depending on the picture.
